Returns & Refunds
Due to the nationwide impacts of COVID19, we will no longer be issuing refunds for shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. If the tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, we cannot issue a refund. Shipping delays and extensions related to circumstances surrounding the pandemic are beyond our control. You can find more information about the current shipping delays in our shipping policy or on the USPS website.
Once your request for a refund is received and evaluated, you will receive a notification email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 30 days. We will review your request and determine whether you qualify for a return or a replacement item. Returned items must be in the condition they were upon arrival.
We cannot accept returns on Free items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is usually a processing time of 1-5 business days before a refund is posted back into your account. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within this time frame.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only originally priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
